Return Policy

At Shnicks Shnacks, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.

 What Items Are Eligible?

We accept return requests for all clothing items purchased through our online store. Only brand new items still in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund which will be given in form of store credit.

​​

​

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds, but we’ll happily issue store credit for the full purchase amount so you can pick something new. The Store Credit will come in the form of a coupon code.

Where to Ship It Back

You need to return the original item to 1590 Union Valley Road West Milford, NJ 07480. Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer. All Items ordered are made to order so all returns will be donated to local donation centers.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request store credit, please contact us using one of the following options:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. You must send us a picture of the damaged of defective item. Store Credit will only be given for any damaged or defective items.
